The indoor pool was relaxing, but the shower had hair in it.

the room had no fridge it would have been nice for drinks but the hotel was large and well-kept plus the club lounge access was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff but missing the basics

The place was pretty clean and the front desk folks were super nice. It would've been great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Having only one set of towels for two people was a bummer. On the bright side, the breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty! Good location too.

great access to parks and bridges for weekend strolls

I recently spent a night at this hotel and loved that it was just a short walk from both the Big Four Bridge and Falls of the Ohio State Park, making it super easy to enjoy leisurely strolls with beautiful views. the friendly atmosphere and comfortable room only added to a wonderful experience during my stay.

Couple's getaway done right

I really loved the 12pm checkout time, made it easy to relax without the panic of leaving too early, and the bed? So comfortable I could just melt into it. We had a nice view of the river while we sipped coffee in the room, definitely a highlight of our stay!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what, it was still acceptable for what we got.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast was well worth the price at $14 per person and enjoyed the great views from the property while using the convenient shuttle service.
